じゃあ、今から水を飲みまくりますよ。で、口の中を洗いますよ。
それでも駄目なんですか？」と訊ねたら、また同じことを言われた。
長男を見たら、長男は「あちゃー」という顔で奥でもじもじしている。
そっか、わかった。次は旦那さんだ。３秒ほど無表情で見詰めたら、反応があった。
「お客さんは酒を呑みますか？　利き酒って知ってますか？　
利き酒をする前に高菜を食べますか？　そういうことです。そんな神経の人に食べてもらっては困るのです」
ここでまた奥さんがかまし始める。
「うちは看板も出さずに必死にやっているのですよ。スープを認めてくれないなら、やっていけないんですよ。
唐辛子が口の中に入っていたらまともにスープを味わってもらえないじゃないですか？　
そんな人にスープを呑んで味を判断されたら、もう終わりなんですよ、はぁーはぁーはぁっ」
